Tender Description
The Federal Government of Somalia is inviting bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of hybrid/off-grid solar photovoltaic plants with battery energy storage systems for 38 educational facilities in Puntland.
This initiative is part of the Somali Electricity Sector Recovery Project (SESRP) aimed at improving energy access in the region.
The project also includes one year of operations and maintenance services following the installation.
