Request for Bids for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hybrid/Off-Grid Solar Photovoltaic Plants with Battery Energy Storage Systems for 35 Health Facilities in Puntland State of Somalia with 1 Years of Operations and O&M Services

The Federal Government of Somalia is inviting bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of hybrid/off-grid solar photovoltaic plants with battery energy storage systems for 35 health facilities located in Puntland State.

This initiative is part of the Somali Electricity Sector Recovery Project (SESRP) and aims to improve energy access and sustainability within the region.

The project also includes one year of operations and maintenance services to ensure the effective functioning of the installed systems.

The deadline for bid submissions has been extended to April 5, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
