Expression of Interest (EOI) for Provision of Travel Management Services

World Vision International (WVI) is seeking qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of travel management services. This initiative aims to enhance the travel services available to WVI staff, ensuring prompt and accurate international and domestic travel products and services. The organization emphasizes the importance of having a travel agency that can provide emergency services around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Interested vendors are required to fill out an online form to express their interest, after which detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be provided. To participate, suppliers must submit mandatory documents including a Business Registration Certificate, a Valid Tax Compliance Certificate, and other relevant accreditations. The deadline for submission is set for 5:00 PM on March 23, 2026, and WVI reserves the right to accept or reject any bids without obligation to provide reasons.
