The Additional Financing for Somalia Recurrent Cost & Reform Financing Project - Phase III aims to bolster Somalia's socio-economic resilience and stability by enhancing resource management systems and inter-governmental fiscal frameworks.
This initiative is designed to support the Federal Government of Somalia and its Federal Member States in their reform efforts, particularly in the sectors of health and education.
By incentivizing reforms, the project seeks to improve service delivery and strengthen state institutions across the country.
With a total project cost of US$ 92.00 million, the financing will be allocated to various Federal Member States, including Galmudug, Hirshabelle, Jubaland, Southwest, and Puntland.
The project is expected to close by December 31, 2026, and will require consultant services to ensure effective implementation and oversight of its objectives.
