The Federal Government of Somalia is seeking bids for the construction of the Civil Service Commission Headquarters in Jubbaland, Kismayo, as part of the Somali Enhancing Public Resource Management Project (SERP).
This initiative aims to improve public resource management in the region.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate financial capability, relevant experience, and legal registration in Somalia or the East African region.
