The SADAR Development and Resilient Institute is seeking consulting services to develop education, communication, and awareness materials for the Adaptive Agriculture and Rangeland Rehabilitation (A2R2) Project, which aims to enhance climate change adaptation and mitigation efforts in Somalia.
This initiative is part of a broader strategy to improve agricultural productivity and restore degraded rangelands, directly benefiting approximately 72,000 households across seven high-priority districts.
The project emphasizes environmental governance and community resilience through culturally appropriate and user-friendly materials that address climate change and biodiversity issues.
Consultants are invited to submit expressions of interest, focusing on legally constituted firms.
The selection will follow the CQS method, and shortlisted candidates will receive detailed terms of reference.
The deadline for submissions is December 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM EAT.
The project is implemented in partnership with IFAD, GEF, and GAFSP, and aims to strengthen institutional systems and community livelihoods through an integrated approach to policy reform and natural resource management.
