Expression of Interest (EOI) for Provision of Aircraft with 8–15 Pax Capacity

World Vision International (WVI) is inviting expressions of interest from qualified aviation companies to provide aircraft services capable of accommodating 8-15 passengers.

This initiative is part of WVI's commitment to humanitarian efforts aimed at improving lives through various services.

The selected service provider will establish a Framework Agreement to deliver on-call emergency airlifting services, ensuring 24/7 availability and the ability to deploy aircraft from Mogadishu or other operational bases within Somalia.

Interested bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria, including valid aviation certifications and a comprehensive company profile.

Proposals should be submitted via an online form, with further details to follow in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP).
