The project emphasizes the importance of having a strong track record in similar projects, with a focus on contracts valued between USD 100,000 and USD 200,000.

Valid registration from Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Transport of Puntland State
Valid registration from Ministry of Commerce Puntland State
Valid registration from Puntland Tender Board

How to Apply

Prepare and review the required document for prequalification of contractors for construction/water infrastructure works in Puntland State of Somalia.
Submit applications electronically to procurement.somalia@nis-foundation.org by May 16, 2026, before 11:59 PM (Local time).
Include valid registrations, evidence of relevant experience, and fill in Annex A – Similar Experience Table with 3 contracts valued between USD 100,000 and $200,000.
Only the 3 contracts listed will be evaluated; contracts below $100,000 will not be considered.
