The Civic Engagement Facility (CEF) is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL) Partner to enhance civic engagement and collaboration among government, civil society, and the private sector in Somalia.
This partnership aims to support the implementation of the CEF Strategy and MEAL Plan, ensuring alignment with CEF's pathways of change and results framework.
The MEAL Partner will monitor grantee activities, establish a dashboard for tracking learning and results, and conduct evaluations to assess outputs and outcomes, thereby operationalizing the CEF MEAL Plan.
