The Civic Engagement Facility (CEF) is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL) Partner to enhance civic engagement in Somalia.
This initiative aims to strengthen collaboration among government, civil society, and the private sector, focusing on the priority issues of the Somali people.
The MEAL Partner will support the implementation of the CEF Strategy and MEAL Plan, ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation of grantee activities while fostering inclusive dialogue between citizens and decision-makers.
The objectives of the MEAL Partnership include supporting the monitoring of grantee activities, assisting grantees in their reporting to CEF, and establishing a dashboard for tracking learning and results.
The partnership will also conduct baseline, midline, and endline evaluations to assess outputs and outcomes against the CEF results framework, applying conflict-sensitive approaches to all activities to ensure alignment with CEF’s pathways of change.
