The Federal Government of Somalia is seeking bids for the procurement and installation of greenhouses and the supply of agricultural inputs as part of the Rural Livelihoods Resilience Program (RLRP).
This initiative aims to enhance agricultural productivity and resilience among rural smallholder families, addressing critical challenges such as climate change, water scarcity, and food insecurity.
The program is supported by financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and is designed to sustainably increase productivity, incomes, and nutrition security over an eight-year period from March 2024 to March 2032.
Eligible bidders are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process, which will follow national competitive bidding (NCB) procedures.
